Account policy

1. Account application:

 

You can browse the site and shop as a tourist without registering as a ReverGrow member. At the same time, you can choose to register users to enjoy the exclusive services of registered members. When registering an account on this website, you should fill in/submit your user name, email address, password, mobile phone number or wechat number (optional). Otherwise, you will not be able to complete the account registration. After you register successfully, you can choose to complete your personal information and provide your real name, gender, birthday, profile picture, contact address information and personal characteristics (including your skin and hair) to the exclusive skin consultant. Your failure to provide the above information will not affect the user registration function. By logging in/registering as a visitor to ReverGrow, you agree to synchronize your previous visitor browsing information to your logged in member user account, so that we can provide you with better service.

 

2. Ask for and change your account information:

After you have successfully registered, account information such as user name and password will be generated. You can log in to the account and click "My avatar - my address" to add/modify the delivery address. Click "My Avatar - Login account" to change the login password. Click "My Avatar - My Account" and change nickname, name/title, birthday, email. For inquiries and revisions of other information, please contact WeChat Customer Service. Since ReverGrow offers you birthday benefits, you cannot modify your birthday after you have entered it. If you notice a security breach or illegal use of your account, notify the ReverGrow staff and report it to the authorities.

 

3. Account cancellation:

You have the right to ask ReverGrow to remove the personal information it has collected about you, and you have the right to ask for your account to be deactivated. You can delete your delivery address by editing your personal account information (by logging in to the account and clicking "My profile picture - account management icon on the upper right - manage delivery address - Edit delivery address icon on the right of address - Delete delivery address below"). You can also log out of your account by clicking the "My - Upper right Account Management icon - Lower Log Out" function in the ReverGrow related applet and following our instructions. Please understand that ReverGrow will verify your identity before deleting information or logging out of your account. In order not to interfere with the smooth completion of related orders and after-sales services, a cancellation request must be made within 15 days of the closing of the last transaction; ​for orders that are in after-sales service, please apply for cancellation upon completion of after-sales service. Except as otherwise prescribed by law, the user logout, ReverGrow will delete your personal information or anonymous, and stop providing you with services (including but not limited to stop login, orders, and other functions, integral, coupons, etc will be reset for your account, etc.), ReverGrow products will not be able to use after the cancellation of the account to log in. Therefore, consider carefully the option of account cancellation. We will remind you of the impact of account cancellation during the cancellation process and confirm this choice with you several times.

 

Please note that after you cancel your account, your relevant information and transaction records will still be retained within the period stipulated by law (such as the three-year statute of limitations), but we will no longer use them for daily business activities. If there are no laws, regulations or government requirements to retain your personal information, we will remove or anonymize your personal information and transaction records after you cancel your account.

 

4.Functions and rights of members

 

You can still view the site and shop as a visitor without signing up as a ReverGrow member. However, we still recommend that you sign up as a member:

 

After signing up as a member, you can place an order online and purchase the product. We record the recipient's name, cell phone number, detailed address, gift-wrapping habits, common order remarks and other information you fill in, so you can streamline operations across multiple shopping experiences and get targeted service upgrades. In addition, you can enjoy:

C.ReverGrow has its own service matrix across multiple platforms, and membership makes it easier to access the required expansion services;​
