1. Termination and alteration

We reserve the right to suspend the account or cancel the award if we discover abuse, fraud, or activity that violates the ReverGrow Terms of Service or Payment Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate and have the right to suspend accounts or amend membership rules in such manner as we deem fair and appropriate.

2. Update of terms

ReverGrow reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. * In order to participate in the program, ReverGrow users should agree to these terms in advance.

3. Membership points

Rules of integral use

1. Failure to verify the account email will affect the normal issuance of credits to the account.

2. ReverGrow credits are not refundable and cannot be combined.

3. ReverGrow credits are applicable to the purchase, deduction and related membership activities of products on the official website of China/UK.

4. ReverGrow has the right to freeze credits for abnormal accounts and risk accounts.

5. Different levels of members enjoy different rules of use. For details, please refer to the description of rights and interests of member levels.

[Acquisition rules]

1. Certain points will be awarded after purchase (except third parties).

2. In case of return operation, the points used in the order will be returned to the account.

3. Points will be automatically added to your account after the goods are confirmed to be shipped.

4. One credit will be awarded for each RMB equivalent consumption.

5. ReverGrow reserves the right of final interpretation.

About integral return

1. If you return an order or cancel an unpaid order, the credits used for the order will be refunded to your account along with your refund or credit (if this option is selected). If you return part of your order, the credit will be returned to your account based on the price of the returned item as a percentage of the total order price.

2. If your order cancellation or product return occurs after the credits used have expired, the expired credits will not be returned to your account. You can view the points details in your account.

3. If a return occurs after you have confirmed receipt of the order, the credits used in the order will be refunded to your account. When you return an order or item, the credit earned by placing the order will be deducted; Credits that expire earliest will be deducted first. If you do not have a sufficient points balance in your account, points will be deducted until the balance is 0.

4. If you place an order for the first time and get points, use these points for a second order, and then you return the first order, we reserve the right to refund your purchase price of the first order minus the value of the points you received, and use them from the first order.

[Valid period of membership points]

1. Calculate the next cycle grade based on the actual amount of orders paid in each twelve months;

2. Only orders that have been delivered will be counted. Cancellation and refund will not be counted.

3. If you reach the upgrade conditions within 12 months, you will be immediately upgraded to a new level and enjoy new rights and interests, and there will be no downgrade within 12 months; if the upgrade fails due to other reasons, contact ReverGrow customer service.
