ReverGrow has been working hard to adhere to the concept of low profits, quick sales, and strive to become the world's most authentic, lowest price e-commerce enterprises. In order to support our guests to obtain more benefits, we provide Price Protection Policy and Price Match Policy services.

 

Price Protection Policy

ReverGrow provides a price protection policy for customers. That is, if there is a price reduction after you submit your order (such as direct reduction or discount code reduction), within the price protection rules, you can contact ReverGrow customer service to apply for price protection, and we will refund you the amount equal to the difference, points or promotional gift card:

● Within 15 days after your order, or before delivery, if the commodity price at a reduced price (such as direct reduction or discount code), you can contact customer service to apply for price protection. The money will be returned directly to your payment method, which you paid the order before (priority is to return the credits and gift cards used in the order first, and then the remaining money to other payment methods);

● Customer service processing price protection application time is generally 1-3 working days;

● The refund will generally be returned to your account 3-5 business days after the price application protection processing is completed.

 

Points for attention:

1. Products purchased from websites other than ReverGrow do not support price protection;

 

2. Invalid orders do not support price insurance, such as orders that have applied for cancellation or deletion, and orders that have applied for after-sales services do not support price insurance;

 

3. Price protection is not supported for after-sale return orders, flash orders and B2B orders;

 

4. Price protection is not supported for commodities that are out of stock, participating in sec-kill discount and purchase limit;

 

5. The products itself are a gift of goods that do not support price protection;

 

6. Price protection cannot be supported if the price protection period is exceeded or the commodity price has not changed;

 

7. Price protection is not supported for commodity price errors caused by system anomalies;

 

8. The goods with special instructions on other web pages do not support price insurance;

 

9. No free gifts before purchase, free gifts after purchase, the commodity itself has not been reduced, do not support price insurance.

 

ReverGrow does not participate in price protection for limited-time sales and other promotional prices during major holiday promotions, including but not limited to:

 

 

● Chinese New Year sales

● Brand days promotion

● Store promotion

● Christmas sales, Thanksgiving sales, Halloween sales  

Mid-Autumn Festival promotion, Dragon Boat Festival promotion

Double Eleven sales, Double Twelve sales

● Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales

● Other promotional activities
