Your failure to provide the above information does not affect the user registration function. By logging in/registering as a visitor to ReverGrow, you agree to synchronize your previous visitor browsing information to your logged-in member account so that we can offer you a better service. In order to offer you a WeChat public account or mini program service, we need to collect information related to your account, including your nickname, profile picture, region and gender.

​1.2 Personal information collected by ReverGrow when users use the service.

 

To facilitate your use of the ReverGrow website, ReverGrow may collect your network and device information (including device model, device identification number, operating system, IP address, carrier), and personal information collected based on your mobile device system permissions (including ReverGrow physical store matching or service recommendation capabilities based on location permissions, photo uploading capabilities based on camera permissions). If you enable these permissions, ReverGrow is authorized to collect and use your personal information to perform the functions described above. If you disable these permissions, ReverGrow will no longer collect and use your personal information and will not be able to provide you with the features described above. You acknowledge that ReverGrow has the right to access your personal information and to process your personal information within the scope of your authorization.

 

You are obligated to provide authentic and valid personal information at the time of registration and should update it in case of any changes so that ReverGrow can verify your identity and provide relevant services. If you submit someone else's personal information, you shall obtain that person's authorization.

 

1.5 We enable the permission

 

In order to provide relevant products and services, we need your authorization to enable the following permissions to collect relevant information. If you refuse to enable the relevant permissions, you may not be able to access the relevant functions or services. You can change the permission to collect personal information in "My -- Account Management -- Change Privacy Settings".

 

Camera and Photo Library permissions: In order for you to use the Scan, Virtual Makeup, Purchase Wish List, Post Comments, and other related functions, we may apply to open your camera and photo library permissions. This permission may be written/read to the storage location where your photos are collected. Once this permission is enabled, you can use features such as scanning, virtual make-up testing, wish lists and Posting by taking a picture or retrieving the phone's album.

 

Call Rights: In order to provide you with a consultation function, we will apply for call rights. With your consent, we will open your call application in the form of a skip;

 

phone status permission/" Allow App request tracking ": for Android version, we will apply to enable your phone status permission to collect your device information;  for IOS versions, we will apply for "Allow App Request Tracking" to collect your device information. Store permission: We provide you with a data caching service to reduce traffic consumption. When you actively upload an image, we will apply to open your storage permission. If this permission is refused, it will not affect the basic functionality of using ReverGrow APP;

 

Location right: This right collects information about your location. After this right is enabled, you can use the event reservation and nearby store features. If you refuse to enable location permission, neither we nor the third-party SDK will collect your location information. You can find nearby stores by manually screening the area.

 

1.6 Exceptions to Authorised Consent.

 

We do not need to obtain your authorization to collect and use your personal information under the following circumstances:

 

(1) Those related to the personal information controller's performance of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;

 

(2) those directly related to national security or national defense security;

 

(3) those directly related to public security, public health or major public interests;

 

(4) those directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;

(1) to establish and develop a business relationship with you (e.g. to process transactions) and to manage transactions between you and ReverGrow through the Company's stores, the Company's website, customer service centers, or through other Company services;

(III) We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except the following:

 

(1) Transfer with Express consent: After obtaining your express consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties.

When the storage period expires, or you make a request to delete the information or log out of the account, we will stop using and removing your personal information or anonymizing your personal information unless otherwise required by law and regulations.

 

3.2 We will take reasonable and feasible data security measures in accordance with industry standards to preserve and protect your information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, destruction or loss of personal information. Since Revergrow provides you with birthday benefits, you cannot modify your birthday after you have entered it. If you notice a security breach or illegal use of your account, notify ReverGrow by calling customer service and report it to the authorities.

 

4.2 Obtaining Copies of Personal Information: You may apply to obtain copies of your basic information and identifying information held by Revergrow or, where technically feasible, directly transfer copies of the above personal information to a third party specified by the user.

 

4.3 Delete Your Information and Log Out: You have the right to ask ReverGrow to delete the personal information it has collected about you, and you have the right to ask ReverGrow to log out of your account. You can delete your delivery address by editing your personal account information (login account, click "My - account management icon on the upper right - manage delivery address - address editing delivery address icon on the right - delete delivery address below" function). You can also log out of your account by clicking the "My - Upper right Account Management icon - Lower Log Out" function in the ReverGrowAPP and following our instructions. Please understand that ReverGrow will verify your identity before deleting information or logging out of your account. In order not to interfere with the smooth completion of related orders and after-sales services, a cancellation application must be made within 15 days of the closing of the last transaction;  For orders that are in after-sales service, please apply for cancellation upon completion of after-sales service. Except as otherwise prescribed by law, the user logout, ReverGrow will delete your personal information or anonymous, and stop providing you with services (including but not limited to stop login, orders, and other functions, integral, coupons, etc will be reset for your account, etc.), ReverGrow products will not be able to use after the cancellation of the account to log in. Therefore, consider carefully the option of account cancellation. We will remind you of the impact of account cancellation during the cancellation process and confirm this option with you several times.  See the ReverGrow user logging protocol for details on logging methods and conditions.

 

Please note that after you cancel your account, your relevant information and transaction records will still be retained within the period stipulated by laws and regulations (such as the three-year statute of limitations), but we will no longer use them for daily business activities. If there are no laws, regulations or government requirements to retain your personal information, we will remove or anonymize your personal information and transaction records after you cancel your account.​

 

4.4 Reject personalized recommendations: We may offer you targeted services based on your characteristics. You can turn off personalized recommendation by clicking "My - Account Management - Change Privacy Settings - Personalized Push switch".

 

4.5 Revoking the Authorization You Have Agreed To: Under this Privacy Policy, you can revoke the relevant system permissions you have granted to the ReverGrow website, which is required to be set up on your device. Revergrow Indicates the user logout protocol

 

Please read and fully understand the ReverGrow User Logout Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") carefully before you apply to log out of your account, especially what we underline in bold. If you fill out and submit the cancellation application as prompted, it indicates that you have carefully read and fully understood all of the terms of the cancellation agreement.

 

1. Your account can only be closed if the following conditions are satisfied:

 

We have verified that your account is yours, registered under an agreement with ReverGrow, and provided to you by ReverGrow;

 

You ensure that there is no debt in your ReverGrow account name;

 

There are no outstanding orders and services in your ReverGrow account;

 

There are no trade orders in your ReverGrow account within the last 15 days;

 

There are no ongoing disputes under your ReverGrow account, including complaint reporting and complaint reporting.

 

2. Note that after you log out of your ReverGrow account, your ReverGrow account will not be recoverable once logged out. We will continue to provide you with after-sales services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, but the cancellation of your account may cause you a great deal of inconvenience in the related after-sales services. After successfully logging out, we remove your personal information so that it cannot be retrieved, accessed in the state, or anonymized. Except as otherwise provided by law and regulations.

 

You should follow the instructions to log out of your ReverGrow account. You are advised to back up all information and data associated with your ReverGrow account before logging out. Please keep a transaction voucher, bill, and other information about the goods and services ordered, otherwise you may not be able to access the after-sales service.

 

3. You are fully aware of the possible consequences of your action to cancel your ReverGrow account, including, but not limited to:

 

You will no longer be able to use this account to log in to the ReverGrow platform and other ReverGrow products, including but not limited to ReverGrow Online Mall (website, APP, applets), ReverGrow Wire card applets, etc.

 

All records on the Revergrow platform and other Revergrow products, including but not limited to the Revergrow online marketplace (website, APP, applets), Revergrow Wire applets, etc. that you log in to with this Revergrow account will be deleted (unless otherwise specified by law);

 

Your ReverGrow account identity, account information (including but not limited to user name, profile picture, ReverGrow points, membership card levels, shopping history, etc.) will be erased and cannot be retrieved (unless otherwise specified by law);

 

Any offers (coupons, etc.) obtained in your ReverGrow account will be void and you voluntarily waive your virtual assets and virtual interests in ReverGrow (including but not limited to ReverGrow points, membership card levels, coupons, and the ability to exchange points for goods, etc.);

 

The binding relationship between your ReverGrow account and other platform accounts (including but not limited to Tmall, Jingdong, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, wechat, Sina Weibo, QQ, Apple ID) will be terminated;

 

Reviews made by your ReverGrow account cannot be deleted, but the corresponding user name and profile picture will be anonymized, and other users will not be able to identify the reviewer.

 

4. During the period of deregistering your ReverGrow account, if your ReverGrow account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitration, investigations by state authorities, etc., or other circumstances that do not meet the requirements for deregistering, ReverGrow reserves the right to terminate the cancellation process for your ReverGrow account without your consent.

 

5. Your actions prior to logging out of your ReverGrow account do not exempt you from the user actions and responsibilities.
