Shipping Policy

[Mode of distribution]

 

•ReverGrow has an exclusive cooperation with SF Express in China and an official cooperation with FedEx overseas to deliver goods. For each order (only one mailing address) purchased by ReverGrow, the system will generate a package by default. ReverGrow does not currently offer self-service logistics. We will select the most suitable logistics company for the member based on the delivery address and product type in the order.​

 

[Distribution scope]

 

•ReverGrow distribution scope covers mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, North America (USA, Canada), Europe (UK, Germany, France and other major countries), Australia.

 

[Distribution cost]

 

•ReverGrow delivers to most areas of mainland China (except remote areas and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) without postage. For some special products, additional shipping may be required, which will be specified on the product's profile page.

 

Overseas shipping is subject to carrier billing, and ReverGrow charges no additional fees.​

 

 

[Delivery time]

 

• After a member has placed an order, the relevant professional personnel will review the goods, mailing address, payment and other information of the member within 12 hours. After the approval, the spot products will be delivered within 1-2 days (48 hours); After the parcel is sent, the system will update the delivery information to the member's account information, and the member can check the parcel situation in the order through "my profile picture - my order - Order tracking" on the homepage.

 

[Note] The delivery time of some brands of direct goods shall be subject to the commodity details page. Please understand!

 

[Delivery time]

 

• The delivery time shall be subject to the expected delivery time of each region. The delivery date of the order shall not be counted in the delivery time. For example, delivery services in the Beijing area are expected to deliver goods within 2-4 days of their arrival. Member orders are shipped within 10 days, with an estimated arrival time of 12-14 days. If the delivery time is specified, the delivery will be delayed according to the actual situation.

 

• The delivery time of ReverGrow is: 8:30am - 19:00 PM. Please arrange for a reasonable delivery time. If you have special needs, please contact the online customer service or send an email to info@revergrow.com

 

• In addition, if a member has successfully ordered a ReverGrow Skin product, they can log into their account and check the delivery status of the purchased product under "My Order" after the product is delivered.

 

·ReverGrow commitment, if the member's order fails to reach the member within the promised delivery time limit; ReverGrow can return orders after 15 days from the date of shipment (excluding orders from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas).

[Note] In case of traffic control, heavy rain and snow, flood, ice disaster, earthquake, holiday, power outage and other factors are not within the scope of the promised service.

 

[ Distribution tracking]
